After having my son he was in the icu for a couple weeks after birth. I fought and paid as much as I could on medical bills to keep it from going to collections but here we are a year later I thought my credit was way better. We decided to try to redo/buy a house...contacted an agent and then they told me to call Kim Bly at platinum bank. Wow, her tone was horrid, she griped about me just changing jobs, just the way she spoke to me she sounded like she wanted nothing to do with me. She then TEXTED me that she couldn't help me because of my credit. What? You couldn't take the time to call me. So now I will NEVER consider ever banking at this place, EVER. Sorry hard working Americans...platinum does not care about you or your hard earned money...or that your a first time home buyer.
