Very disappointed. After asking if they could get interior windows cleaned, we paid extra to have the interior cleaned. The interior was poorly done. What had been dirty interior windows was now dirt smeared windows as if cleaned with a dirty old rag. Upon a distant look the outside looked good. Upon closer look there were several dirt and salt spots on the hood and fenders. Also the chrome trim was dirty. I quickly cleaned it off with a towel....something that should have been done by the people being paid, and tipped, to do it. I've never written a bad review on a car wash before. I just had to now for the terrible job done yesterday. I am now having 2nd thoughts about starting to use them for oil changes.

I've been going to Platinum for Oil changes and Car washes for years. Real Nice place...and I like that they do not try to sell you things that you don't need. They are Professional here.

Love, love, love Platinum, Somers Point. They do a great full service express oil change at a competitive price and top it off with a great wash including interior. It's an excellent value and always great customer service.

Tipped every guy (vacuum, towel guy, window guy) $3 each, instead of doing a thorough job as soon as I handed them cash they snatched it and stopped working. Spent over $20 and the car was barely cleaned

Absolutely terrible. Didn't clean or wipe down interior. Finger prints still on windows. Didn't dry it off. Didn't completely vacuum. And, front license plate totally bent from the left side over the front... This was for the $15.99 platinum wash.
