They are so helpful with my daughter she is so happy there and they're nice they're helpful patient when she couldn't get it they want to try again she tried her hands and she got her hand stands right she got her leg kicks right I love them and you should try

We are so grateful for the instructors,our girls have what's called sensory processing disorder,mirrored hands and ADHD as well as a few other physical medical conditions...not only are the instructors patient and kind to our girls,they have helped them and have built their confidence. I am beyond grateful my twin sister told me about them...her little princess who had been going a little while was the initial inspiration behind our girls wanting to join and the benifit of strengthening our girls core as well as helping with their balance is so wonderful.

the Girl loves this place. She has learned a lot and it is a great way to keep her in some sort of activity after school. I know they do a birthday package and we have been to several of those and everyone seems to be having fun, even the adults
