If I could give this place zero stars I would. The quality of work is so below sub-par it isn't even funny. There is also a serious lack of professionalism at this place. Just because a customer does not like the quality of work, doesn't mean the entire staff should lock someone inside the premises and refuse to let them out, while trying to force them to pay for terrible work. It's not like much was being asked for or trying to get out of there with free nails. Instead all that was asked is for them to be soaked off because nails were wildly varying in length, width, tip shape and even the quality in which the polish is applied. So instead of chalking it up to an satisfied customer and kindly soaking off the nails like you were kindly asked.You unlawfully in-prison the person in your place of business, and try to force them to pay for something they shouldn't have to. I would never recommend any buddy go to this place to get her nails done or anything else done. This place gives the worst customer service imaginable

Nails broke 1 day after getting them filled when i returned to get them fixed they blamed it on me the next day another broke hasnt even been 2 weeks since ive got them and 4 nails have already broke and they wont issue a refund.So disrespectful.

No respect for US, the customers. Nope! Seriously take your business elsewhere. I've heard great things about Gel Touch salon. I'll give them my business.

I love Kim, she's amazing with my acrylics and the details she does are beautiful and with a steady hand. I'm always very happy when I leave. I've been seeing her for over a year now.

Kim is bomb at nails. Eyebrows are fleek & every girl I've had for pedicures does a great job. I've been going there for a year now with no complaints.
