their customer service sucks. one victoria secret bag was $12 the other was $16 and they were the same exact thing they both and brand new tags on them for $98. they dont take checks only cash n cards. we brought all name brand clothes and most of them had tags on them, the other ones were wore once maybe twice at the most. honestly that is the WORST store ive ever shopped in. i dont have anything against dying hair but when you work in a public place, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE rainbow hair. i do not recommend this store WHATSOEVER. ONLY ONE PERSON SHOULD BE GOING THROUGH CLOTHES, not several different ones. everyone has different opinions.

This is my favorite store to go to when I need to sell stuff. They actually buy things for a decent price😊 I highly recommend it for other sellers🖒

They are very well organized and they have lots of very nice items that have bin used in the passed, I love how many options they have! Plato’s Closet has became my favorite store!!

We stopped at Plato's first and was told they didn't take older women's things, sent us to Encore and they pretty much said the same. I thought a consignment store should be for all. Just to let you know I will not recommend your store to anyone.
