DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY $55/MONTH FOR A FULL 12 MONTHS. The online process does not spell out their membership contract,  it just tells you that you will be charged monthly until cancellation. They will charge you an additional $89 when canceling. I asked the supervisor to show me where online it spells out the agreement (I had it pulled up on my phone). She told me that she wasn't sure as she wasn't familiar with the online process and would be unable to help me.  Unacceptable. There is a lot of nice equipment in the facility, but it's not worth the online membership/fees to experience sub par service. I can spend $35/month at another gym with similar equipment.

My family goes here 5 days a week and we LOVE IT! Indoor running track, huge pools and childcare. The staff are wonderful and the facility is extremely clean.

I loved coming to the ymca to swim my laps everyday after I would go on a run from my house to the y. however my last trip to the ymca was definitely my last. the head guard Danny nitzel was one of the most disrespectful teenagers I have ever met. he first told me I couldn’t swim at the time that I went and had to wait 30 minutes then he started being a creep and was asking weird questions that I felt uncomfortable answering while I was waiting to swim my laps. I have always had a positive experience at the y but all good times must come to and end. I spoke with an employee about the situation but not sure if anything was done. I feel as though some abuse their power because he was just rude to all the other lifeguards.
