Platter’s Chocolates is a family owned and operated chocolate manufacturer located in North Tonawanda, New York. While we make many fine chocolates, we specialize in orange chocolate and sponge candy.

Story

Relax by the fireplace with a cup of french pressed coffee while watching us make our delicious Chocolates. We also have Ice Cream year round and free Wifi for your enjoyment. Check in every now and then for upcoming events.

Was there for a tour with family. The Wurlitzer Building is Historic with a touch of Mystique  You have a birds eye view of the Choclate making process from start to finish . Amazing just how many varieties are available.  Try the Orange Chocolate . I thought No Way ! Tried it? Fantastic ! Our Tour Guide John was Funny, Charming and more than Knowledgeable, answering all our questions. And all the while the Beautiful aroma follows you throughout the building . Upon completion of the tour We tried many of the different and Very tasty deserts available. We shopped for friends and ourselves no doubt. Great time . Friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit.  You will return again and again.

Really friendly staff, and awesome chocolate. I didn't know until I visited, but they also have really great tea and coffee. It's a really cute spot to just relax, and your girlfriend will think it's a great date idea!

Platter's is beautiful. The service was great. The ice cream was delicious and the servings were very generous. It was fun it see the chocolate process. I love the chocolate molds on the wall.

Perfection!!! Beautiful and clean store. There is so much to choose from to satisfy every palette. Budget friendly with the variety from snack size and up. Serves excellent hot chocolate. Love watching them make chocolate. A must see!

Love platters, great place for a snack and good atmosphere.  Amazing coffee, a good variety of Teas not to mention the best hot chocolate around due to the fact it's basically fudge melted and warmed up coffee.
