10 Stars for the food and 0 stars for the young dumb blond waitress - seriously, if you go here and see her working ask to be seated anywhere but her section!! We've been going here for the past few months and were initially told "she's new", three months later management is still using that excuse to explain her inability to do her job. If it wasn't for the other servers working here there would have been no refills on the drinks (as it was the water from the melted ice had to be dumped out of the glass bc we had been waiting so long). We asked three times for the shredded cheese that had been left off of the order, never got it, the food became ice cold and not something we wanted to eat at that temperature, besides, we would have choked on the food anyway because there was nothing to drink most of the time. And to top it off - after having waited way longer than normal (about 40 minutes) for the food to come out the fajitas only had 2 over cooked tortillas with the order. We tried to ask the waitress for the rest of them but she walked off in mid sentence. Allegedly to get the cheese we had been asking for but we watched her play on the computer then go to the kitchen and make something that involved orange juice which was nothing to do with us. So what was a meal we were looking forward to enjoying turned into a very frustrating evening. Thank goodness for Braum's because we never did get to eat the meal. Management did comp the dish (the whole ticket should have been comped at that point) Like I said - the food is usually great (when you can get the whole meal on the table and have something to drink), but don't sit in her section. The one star rating is because management knows how bad she is at her job but continues to employ her and make excuses for her. Either she's a family member or this place is getting a hell of a tax credit for employing her!!

Love the chips and salsa here!! Everything was wonderful! Great lunch specials from 11:00am-2:30pm that includes from iced tea.

We like the food and service that we received at the Plaza. We have been here many times and only had problems once but mgmt handled it satisfactorily.
