We worked with Deb R. for a trip to Rome, Italy and Dublin, Ireland. She was exremely knowledgeable and helpful in making our arrangements. On day one we got a phone call regarding an issue with a Tour we were taking that day. Thanks to Deb who worked with the tour provider and our hotel we received information in time to get to the tour in a timely fashion. All the tours she booked were GREAT. Flights were great and hotels were wonderful. We had a fabulous time and can't thank Deb enough for all her work.  Definitely will work with Deb and Plaza Travel for our next adventure.

We have been booking European vacations with Jean at Plaza Travel for over a decade, and have always been very pleased with the process, our interactions, and most importantly the great experiences of the resulting trip. From the initial trip meeting to establish time frames, possible sites to visit, and means of travel, Jean takes great care to listen, suggest complimenting and additional sites, identifying and booking hotels and flights, and prioritize financial considerations. The resulting itineraries are spot-on, and able to accommodate minor tweaking. Most recently, Jean arranged a two-week trip to Scotland. For the first time, we used a tour guide/driver for 10 days. The result was a fantastic and very memorable vacation. This allowed us to travel through and see an extensive amount of Scotland, experiencing things we never would have on a self tour. Driving, parking, ticket purchases and lunch stops were never an issue. Additionally, our tour guide presented contextual history for every site, often including any contemporary historical aspects in addition to facts related to the relevant time periods. Jean and her staff work hard to ensure all the details are addressed to provide for a fun and memorable vacation at whatever pace you want, from leisurely to loaded. We highly recommend Plaza Travel for your vacation planning.

We worked with Lisa to plan our honeymoon to Iceland and had no idea where to start planning. She helped take our ideas into consideration and create a map of our travel locations. All of our accommodations were perfectly suited for our needs and she nailed it on the itinerary!

I hadn't been abroad since 2019 and felt my travel skills were out-of-date. So to get support, I reached out to Jean Gagnon at Plaza Travel. I  heard her speak on WAMC and was impressed with her knowledge and her kind demeanor. She secured our airline tickets to Greece, reserved a wonderful room for us in Oia, and got us transportation from the Santorini airport to our hotel. She was simply a joy to work with  -  responsive, fun, and so, so knowledgeable. All the travel arrangements worked perfectly. We had an amazing time. I look forward to working with Jean on our next trip.

Just returned from a fabulous overseas trip. Lisa put together our flights, 2 days in Venice staying ant the beautiful Metropole Hotel,  and our Royal Caribbean  cruise to Croatia and Greece. All details were taken care of for our family of six traveling from three different states. Lisa made this trip seamless for us. We are so grateful to her and to Plaza Travel!
