I had the tough job of shopping 4 days BEFORE XMAS and tried to park near Macy's so I could buy gifts! It took me 30 minutes to find parking because 2 spots I was interested in were "compact" but there's no label on the slots. Several people tried to fit in the same spots I did with a mid size car. It would be HELPFUL to mark the spots in the future...
As far as shopping in Macy's, if it's any holiday time and you need to wait in line, always go to the "Home" section next to the men's department on the 2nd floor...one of the employees suggested it and you can take ALL your items to purchase no matter what it is! It was a great shopping experience like usual!!

Very nice place to shop at and get all the different types of retail you need. Be aware of weekends as it can be busy, Especially holiday weekends and times of the year or special "sales" events as it can become very over crowded and difficult to navigate through the crowds and stores. Definitely leave the kids at home during these times to help you move more freely and not have to worry about the kid/s in the crowd.

There are so many stores and restaurants to visit. It's pretty clean, the environment is nice, and there's lots of parking. On weekends, it gets packed, but that's expected of any mall. I like coming here to shop and eat before heading back to the nearby Edward's theater.

Place with a little bit of everything for everyone from fashion, food, merchandise, tech and more. Its a nice place to go and relax with friends and family, have a quick bite from one of their many restaurants, go shopping for the current fashions at affordable prices, even for the people that love to shop for pop culture paraphernalia theres a few shops that sell for otaku, nerd and 90's kids. This mall is pretty much awesome.

Love going to the West Covina mall always have and always will.. loved going as a child I remember my mom taking me there all the time..
