My experience here for tickets and such is AVERAGE, not awful, but not great. The clerks are pleasant and informative every time I've called. I dislike their hours. On Fridays they close up at noon, which is confusing. It's a nice gesture to give employees Fridays off, but that's the type of thing a modern start-up does, not a city government office. At least it's not as bad as Provo PD. SMH, they are completely closed on Fridays.

Tried to schedule court but they REFUSED to let me unless i came in, in person. I have two jobs as well as i attend school and my schedule is impossible to be able to get there by the time they close!  I asked for any other way possible and they said someone could come in and schedule court for me but they have to live with me!  The only person who lives with me is my fiance and his work schedule is even crazier than mine! I asked to fax in my ID and a promise to appear, they said no, i asked to email the same info, they still said no. When i asked what else i could do they simply said "Let it take its course and turn into a warrant."  This place    is just impossible!
