Nice arcade and theater.7 to goto booths 20 for theater. When watching movies in the theater light flashes before someone comes in. Only thing that sucks is you can't leave and come back. They tend to leave you alone. Staff has never been rude to me. Tends to be busy at lunch and around 5pm?

RIP OFF. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The gas station across the street has better prices and better selection of male enhancement products than “the pleasure emporium”. Ridiculous.

I love this place! It is where the freaks go to play and to purchase toys it's amazing!

Cashier was beyond rude and had a horrible attitude. My very time going in there. i went to check out the video booths (don't go inside or use the tvs) just went to go look, when I walked out the chaser is demanding money from me. He also assumed I've been there before and I know the rules. His attitude was horrible and disgusting and I'm shocked anyone would hire a man like that. Beyond rude, unprofessional and a total rip off.

I purchased a $160 pair of shoes from them on Wednesday and the heel fell off Thursday! I tried to take them back to see if they could fix them or exchange them and all i got was "we don't do exchanges or refunds"!!!! This place is a rip off!! Horrible customer service!!!
