I was unable to be there when the Service Techician came but I have done business with Plumb Level in the past.
They gave prompt attention to my issues and my Realtor Debbie Bender said that she felt everything was done in a Professional way, as they have performed in Brenham/Washington County for years!

Our A/C went out right after we brought our newborn home from the hospital. After calling several companies in town with no luck, Troy and Roger said they could be right out. Not only were they extremely prompt, but incredibly helpful in resolving the issue fast. We can not say enough positive things about the customer service and the quality of work!!!

Wonderful experience beginning to end. Dealt with 3 different technicians, the owner, and a lady in the office and everyone was very courteous and professional. Workmanship is great and I will certainly call on them again. Highly recommended.
