I would definitely rate this business a 5 star.  When I called they immediately came out the next day and helped solved our problem. Mr. Thomas was absolutely great by answering my questions and concerns. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to others.  The price was also reasonable and the service was just great!!!

If you are looking for professional plumber that take pride and dedication in their work, this is the company to go to! Having moved into our house in January and knowing nothing about septic/well system, Scott made us feel empowered with the detailed explanation of how our system works, what is going on with our current system, and the options we have to fix it and make it perform better. He was very honest, upfront about pricing, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. While installing our new system, he also noticed a mold issue in and around the basement and took pictures to share with us, as well as recommending professionals in the area that could address the issue. Scott is also very charismatic and makes you feel like you are in safe hands with the quality of work he brings to the job. The work is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and under warranty should there be any issues. I would recommend these guys to friends and family for their attention to detail and honesty in their services. You couldn't ask for a better plumber.

I've used a number of plumbing services, but once I found Plumb Perfect Plumbing I've never gone elsewhere.  They are responsive, quick, able, and affordable.  I've had them root my sewer, replace a sewer line, dig up and replaced a cracked clean-out, and fix my hot water heater.  Highly recommended!

Excellent service, 5 stars all the way.  PP was the only plumber willing to come out to our job in under a month.  PP came out next day.  Tommy was professional, quickly diagnosed our problem, and gave an honest (and in my opinion very reasonable) estimate.  Really happy and won't bother calling anyone else.

Quality, well-organized service with affordability!  Johnny, our plumber who fixed our sink and installed new products, went above and beyond the call of duty.  His attention to detail while also being supremely respectful of our home proves this company knows how to train and truly cares for their customers.  Would definitely recommend their service to anyone I know!
