Story

PlumpJack Wines on Fillmore, PlumpJack's first enterprise, opened in 1992. From day one, our San Francisco neighborhood-friendly wine pricing policy and consistently excellent service have made PlumpJack Wines one of the finest and most dependable shops in the Bay Area.

Please call 415.346.9870 for inquiries. While we proudly carry all wines from the PlumpJack Winery, we do house over 900 wines, each selected by our knowledgeable buyers and staff.

Excellent wine merchant. They have a wide selection of high quality wines, and the shop is a pleasure to browse through. They stock some spirits too.

I went here during The Bold Italic's microhood event. It was near the end of the event, so I wasn't sure if they were going to rush me out. That was not the case. The man behind the counter was so welcoming and we talked about other events happening in the neighborhood, as well as vineyards and wineries that we enjoy. I perused through their $20 section, which btw has a good variety, and found a Hoenig label that my boss always orders for our Christmas lunch at the Hayes Valley Grill. As someone who loves wine and has a budget, I think it's fantastic that this place has a section like this. I'm definitely coming back here to check out more of their inventory.
