I am so shocked to see the negative reviews here! I have been going to this office for what is probably a decade by now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I just looked up the practice to get the phone number for a form, but now I have to write a review to balance out what I feel is unwarranted negativity. 

When I have an emergency, I am always seen same-day (sometimes same hour). 

My prescriptions are always filled promptly, referrals handled immediately, my questions answered thoroughly and quickly. 

The nurse practitioners and physician assistants that I've seen for minor issues and major ones have been, without exception, caring, attentive, thorough, and unusually knowledgeable. 

My doctor in particular has never let me down or left me feeling uninformed. I always leave her office feeling confident in my care plan. She is caring and attentive. I've always received A+ care from her and wouldn't switch doctors for anything.  

The folks in the office (scheduling, payment, etc.) have always been kind and helpful to me, both over the phone and in person. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and I've always felt like I've gotten personalized care, not like I was a number on an assembly line.

This is an office that strives to provide the best care possible.  My grandchildren love to come for visits and the staff make them really feel loved.

From the minute I called for my 1st appointment until now a year later I have never had better health care service.   Always easy to get a fast appointment even for a sport physical your child springs in you last minute.  Everyone is so compasionate.

Horrible costumer service - staff is helpless when trying to get prescriptions and fail to even put them in the system or follow trough on faxing them over.

I have had some pains in my hand recently and I called to schedule to make an appointment with this so called " family firm". Now, we have been going to this firm for 10+ years due to its convenience. ( 5 minutes from my home) I dont like doctors offices because of how this one works. The receptionist was ruder than anything. I explained I have been having pains and I would like an appointment. The woman on the other end explained that there is nothing the doctor can do for the pains i was explaining. She recommended I just go to CVS and purchase a brace.
I said "thank you, but I would like to talk to a doctor to verify what it is."
She got very rude and said " there is no point, just go to CVS."
I got to the point that I was frustrated and asked " Are you a doctor" and she kept trying to tell me that a doctor wont see me and I just kept asking over her if she was a doctor. She then told me to look for another doctors office because she wont serve me.
The receptionist needs to lose her job.
