Wow! First time trying and I love the Pilau Chicken!! The somosa and masala fries were good too, but that Pilau Chicken was my favorite for sure. Super friendly service too.Food: 5/5
This Kenyan food spot has always been a favorite of our family's! We had the opportunity to give our visiting family the experience and taste of home. Stacy and Brian, the owners, are always so kind and friendly. We absolutely love their chips masala, sausages, samosas, chappo, coconut beans, chicken, beef stew, and more. We are so glad to have a taste of home close by.
I haven't been to their brick and mortar yet but their stand at the Arts festival was great! I had their Samosas and LOVED them. That cilantro sauce that goes with them is fabulous. Get you some!Food: 5/5
I tried their samosa & masala fry combo at a recent OU softball game. I told them it was my first time, to which they threw in an extra samosa and sauce and gave a few suggestions for next time! The food was incredible and the people running it were incredibly kind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.Food: 5/5
The samosa got to be illegal they are that good... They are extremely friendly and with explain the dishes I've eaten in so many countries and I felt like I was there Superb food... applause for the cook
I tried the food at their food truck at an OU Softball game. Now I have to go back to get their food at every game. They have the best samosas I’ve ever head. I’ve also tried the sampler and everything was amazing! Friendly people and great food!Food: 5/5
The food was delicious, and you could tell it was made fresh! They have a great variety of Kenyan dishes, and they even have some vegetarian options. If you’re uncertain what to order, there was someone there to help select a dish. He was very helpful!
I like to try new cuisines, and it was great to try out Kenyan and realize so many dishes were also related to Indian food samosa, chapathi, pilau - pilaf. I liked how someone greeted everyone to explain the menu. I got the pilau with chicken, and I appreciated the pairing of flavors: the curry like sauce of the chicken, creamy spinach, and a fresh tasting tomato/onion side. The price is also very reasonable for the amount of food. There are also seafood and vegetarian options.
Had never tried East African food until we found plus 245, and it’s incredible! The food is high quality, delicious, and worth every penny.Food: 5/5
