I don't hate it, nor the employees; they were very friendly. I'm trying to get back on my feet, have been employed for 9 months, but since it's under a year, they didn't want me. I appreciate their honesty but I'm human being that IS employed and is in desperate need of housing, not a statistic.

Horrible, don't rent from them! Everyone was nice when helping us into a home but they lied about having the home cleaned before our move-in. Only thing they had cleaned is the carpet. Cupboards and bathrooms were still dirty when we moved in. We ended cleaning it ourselves and I was 38 weeks pregnant at the time. Then when it came to move out they still charged me for EVERYTHING even though I had the house cleaned inside and out. They even claimed the windows were dirty even though I had them professionally cleaned the day before I moved out. They're paperwork states even if you get professional cleaning that they can still charge you for their cleaning if the professional job isn't "up to their standards". It's a crock of B.S. Save your money and your sanity!

We were with Plus Property for almost 15 years. They managed our rental while we lived out of state. We trusted them so much that we recommended them to other family members. When we returned and moved into our rental, we found that we had been extremely overcharged for replacement items, other items had been DAMAGED or ripped out and plus property tried to tell us it was just normal wear and tear. . . The list goes on. We gave them ample time and notice to at least address a few items on our list and they never returned our calls. SHAME ON LINDA and her staff!!

Summary: Terrible. In my opinion they are incompetent and dishonest. As a property owner relying on them for property management services, you should avoid this business.

As absentee property owners we had used their property management services since 2003. Since we were absentee owners, we relied on Plus Property Management to oversee the management of our rental home. For years we were misled into believing that they were doing a good job. And from an administrative perspective they did appear to perform adequately with finding tenants and bookkeeping. However, we recently terminated their services and moved into the home ourselves. What an awakening. Damage done by tenants had been ignored by the property manager, and the maintenance department apparently couldn't even manage to find their way to the bathroom. This has been a horrible experience, and I would recommend that any property owners looking for property management services continue to look elsewhere. And if you do own property that they mismanage, you should seriously take a physical look at the property yourselves - don't rely on this business to do it.

We rented through Plus Property for 11 months and the promises they made us when we signed were never fulfilled with regards to work that was to be done before we moved in. They were extremely non-responsive to our frequent maintenance requests and constantly blamed the "home owners" for the lack of response. If you are renting through a management company because you want someone to protect your interests and support you as THEIR tenant, look elsewhere. Plus Property cancelled the management lease with the home owners and left us hanging with 6 weeks left on our lease and did not notify us of this change until we reached out to them asking questions. Thankfully the home owners are not the difficult people that Plus made them out to be and we have moved on to another management company that actually cares about their clients and their tenants both.
