Officer A. Warring is a piece of work . He pulled me over for driving while black in a predominantly white neighborhood. He asked me, “Do you even know anyone who stays here” 😢 I had just parked in front of my friends apartment. My good friend came out and he still wasn’t convinced. He trashed my car with my 2 baby car seats in the back looking for God knows what. Of course there was nothing to be found. But he towed my car anyway because of a prior ticket although I was parked in a safe place and my friend had a valid license. I was then arrested which made me instantly begin to cry and the officer told me to shut up and stop crying. How rude and insensitive can one person be?! Previously, I had only heard about such experiences but to witness it first hand was quite frankly a terrifying ordeal. On the brighter side I’ve cleared my tickets & I’m so happy I am done with this terrible department.

Officer John Drake is the most unprofessional officer I have ever met in my life.  If you run into this man, prepare to have your civil liberties trounced on, both in the field and in court.  I filed a complaint to his superior and to my knowledge, they've done nothing to reprimand him and therefore the entire police department must endorse this behavior.  It's really a shame that such a great city is plagued by such an awful police department.
