PM windows and Doors has completed multiple types of work at our home over many years, and we’ve been quite satisfied each time.  Most recently this year,  PM staff replaced the exterior front and side doors, siding, soffits, facia, front porch guardrail, front staircase handrail, and a new deck at the rear of the house.   Staff we very helpful, knowledgeable, always had a clean job site, and pleasant to do business with.  Over the past years, PM replaced all of the windows in our house.   Throughout the interior of our house, PM reconstructed our closets and doorways, and installed all new interior doors and closet doors throughout the house.  It makes a difference hiring a reputable company that has been in business a long time.   We are quite satisfied.

Special thanks to Kevin and Craig.  We had used another company for the first two phases of a window replacement at our rental property and we are so glad we decided to go with PM windows for the 3rd and final phase of our project.  Customer service was above and beyond and felt that this team went out of their way to ensure we were happy with their work.  I would use them again for my own home and for any future rental property projects.

Over the last decade I have used PM Windows and Doors and PM Contracting for several projects including a complete basement gut and renovate, a kitchen remodel and doors and windows across two houses. It is at the point where I don't even bother calling anyone else. I just make a call to PM, they come over promptly, review what I need, give me their best price and complete the job exactly as described with the utmost professionalism. You really don't need to look elsewhere, this is company is great to work with A+, 5 Stars, Excellent, etc....

Sending thanks to Kevin, Craig and installation team for the install of 8 windows on our upper floor in April and May. I shopped around obtaining 4+ quotes. Decided to go with PM as they were reasonable and I heard good things about NorthStar Windows.  Kevin was honest, helpful and not pushy to sell or up-sell windows.  Craig was accommodating and very friendly to deal with when booking our 2 install dates. Didn't have to wait months for windows. Install went smooth and fast and they did great cleaning up. Only one small thing I can say is, I was surprised that I did not get a phone call or hear from Craig or someone after the last set of windows were installed to make sure we were satisfied & that everything went okay or if we had any questions.  But overall, great company and I would recommend them. Pam

We desperately needed to replace our front-facing windows and rickety front door...so we gave PM a call.  Kevin - their super-passionate sales guy -  helped us pick the best-looking front door for our house, explained the entire window installation process and provided us with a very competitive quote. In other words, it was a great initial service experience.  As for the window and door installation, we found the workmanship to be top-notch. The installers themselves were efficient, friendly and left our house clean.  Highly recommended! In fact, we have already reached out to PM to replace the rest of our windows.

After getting several quotes we decided to go with PM Windows & Doors who were referred to us by our friends to replace all of our windows and exterior doors, from beginning to end the whole process went smoothly, Kevin and Craig are great guys who know their stuff to get the process started and John and George did an amazing job with the installation, they were both  friendly, hard working and very efficient, HIGHLY recommend PM Windows & Doors.

We had PM windows and doors quote us for five windows and one patio door. While they weren't the cheapest,  Kevin who quoted us was extremely knowledgeable about all thing windows. He recommended us windows that will look great and help us with our energy bills.  Installation was done within a week of the windows arriving at the warehouse.  The installers were polite, tidy and kept their worksite clean! We were very happy with the entire process and will use PM again!! Highly recommend them for your windows and doors.

Kevin was great at helping us understand our options and making sure we got the best value for money.  The installation team was on-time, courteous and professional.
