Hi I was recently at the PNC bank in Jensen and I was appalled at the scene I had to witness. I was coming to deposit my check and I witnessed the customer that was ahead of me get treated rudely, unprofessionally, and most of all treated with prejudice. It was absurd to see that kind of customer service and I would hope to never see that kind of behavior again. I don't stand for racism and I would hope PNC bank wouldn't either. Please give your employees proper training with dealing with this kind of situation and be more sensitive to others needs. I am no longer coming to this particular location anymore.
