As a long-time PNC customer, I find it absolutely ridiculous that I have to justify why I should not have to pay to park in the PNC parking lot for 15-20 minutes.  The is no drive thru window or ATM.  The bank only has one entrance which is on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot.  The options given for parking are to pay a ridiculous price or take the ticket stub inside and have it stamped by a teller.  Thankfully I am young enough and not physically disabled so I can walk around the bank on a 30 degree windy day to get my ticket stamped.

I love Mrs. Jasmin she is the best teller,  she knows how to deal with the customer and so the problem without any conflicts , she goes above and beyond her call of duty.   I really hope Mrs. Jasmine continues to work for PNC for many years to come because we need someone like her in our community.

I wish I could give negative reviews but alas I am still compelled to give one star.
Trust me when it comes to customer relationship, they are the worst ever I have ever seen till this day of my life.
& last, I wish somebody from this branch of PNC bank reads this post!
