I have been a customer of PNC for over 20 years,  even as a college student when it was Mid-Atlantic.  I have done busness with PNC Brick Church since 1991. I recently met Lisadenise Ricks, the branch manager. She has proven to be attentive, community minded, and thorough in her approach to assisting me in  promoting business growth. I invited her to speak with the parents and students at  my school. ...and she did.. Wow! Great to know we have a neighborhood banker who cares.

Lisadenise Rick is the worst business manager I have ever encountered. She actually told us that our business is a partnership with PNC, therefore we are not the real owners of our business if we bank at PNC bank. PNC bank moto sounds very invasive and intrusive. We decided to take our business to Bank of America. Very shocking
