I hate the fact that this place ATM Machine is always down. Also that it never has cash available nor lets me deposit cash. This is the only drive through ATM for PNC in Leesburg and it sucks.

The tellers were great and very friendly, however management is rude and unapproachable

The male that I spoke with rude and withholding about information regarding cashing a PNC check as a non-customer. He initially told me flat out no, but after some tripping around and contradicting himself he told me that I could cash it if I brought the account holder in with me. My GF works in a bank, I know this wasn't necessary.

I opened an account at this branch a few weeks ago and ever since then everyone has been very helpful and welcoming.
