Compare to my previous bank, here I've got a great care of my needs. I've been helped and got the opportunity to save more money with less 
unreasonable charges. The manager, Jodi, as well as everybody else in this PNC branch, are very responsive and always ready to help. And what is unlikely to see nowadays -  these people are happy to go for that extra mile to help.

The bank it’s great but the costumer service is horrible, the manager needs to train the employees to be more nicer and respectful to their costumers. Jodi Simmons was so rude, I greeted her and ask her a simple question and she just told me “ just wait, I’m busy ok? take a seat”  in such a rude tone, and makings this awful face to me.. I couldn’t believed it. By the way I’m latina and she didn’t treat the other costumers like that. 
Again, please train your employees to be nicer and to treat every customer  equally.
