Awful experience opening a checking account here.  Took over 3 months to get checks.   Also took many phone calls to get online service started.  Also was charged a huge fee to get copies of statements for another account when they told me they weren't sure that there would be a fee.  The employees are polite, but have little follow through with any issues.
