Yesterday while inside making a deposit for our business account for over 20 years, I was declined access to the restroom by the teller. I am a diabetic and they suggested that I go use the wawa bathroom. We will be closing all personal and business accounts with PNC, ATMs never work and after how I was treated by staff yesterday, this was the final straw.

This bank is very accommodating to my needs. They are very happy to help me with things outside of my regular banking transactions. They are also very courteous.

DO NOT USE! PNC is a terrible bank, please do yourself a favor and never use them. I financed a new vehicle through PNC, then refinanced it through PNC when interest rates were low to get a better rate. PNC claims to have sent me the title why would you send me the title if you're the lien holder and I'm refinancing the vehicle through you?!?!? Now the title is lost, they're blaming me, and are now saying since it's "my fault" that I have to go to the DMV to purchase a new title, with my $, due to their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and never bank with this or any other PNC. They clearly don't understand how to do business properly and couldn't care less about their customers.

Went in today after work and was greeted very fast and nicely. I wish I caught the women that helped me it started with a m. She was very sweet and kind.

open until 6pm late. bank tellers are very nice.  no debit card readers — customer must fill out deposit/withdrawal slip.

This PNC branch is a friendly, professional, customer-appreciated-Bank. All my banking needs can be met in one visit. It's one- stop-banking @ its finest.

They are amazing! I bring in lots of singles that need to be counted and they are patient, polite, and friendly! Hibba and Raj are the best!
