I would give a ZERO stars if I could.Rude , non professional service, I asked for money withdraw , notary service and have been denied . Spent 1.5 hours for nothing .They response to that they says they do not have MONEY for withdrawal for me!!!!Than I started search about PNC and read the biz news about PNC is going to close they 200 branches location nationwide!!! This make me even more scared and does forced me to close the account with PNC .

I had great experiences here.. The staffs and the bank manager Paul are great help..

No exaggeration, I waited for over 2 hrs to get a simple bank letter so I could sign up for direct deposit through my employer. They overbook appointments on Saturdays with no regard for their customers' time. If I was able to give no stars I would. Worst banking experience ever!!

Here on Saturday. Closed. The hours are were on the door as such. Just wrong on google. Drove out of the way for nothing.
