I live here in Logan and i use the atm frequenttly  but their is only one in town now yes i could go to say walmart and make a purchase and get money back but if dont and go to say Citizens use their Atm because PNC machine is out of order i get charged 3 dollars it would be great if one there is drive up ATM or one on front of main branch in middle of town this is the only problem if ever experienced

If you're minority, expect to be profiled. As an OU student in Athens, the nearest PNC is this one. Logan, Ohio is a small town, and seems to be predominately white. I've gone to this PNC twice to deposit a cashiers check from my Grandmother. Both occasions they scrutinized my check and myself heavily as if I was attempting to give them a fraudulent check. The first time the teller took 5 mins clarify the validity of the check. The second time I deposited a check there, a different teller had to have her boss look at the check with her then questioned me about the check. Followed by the statement "We're just checking this heavily because we want to be safe; It's not you."
