This place isn' t a place if you' re looking for a career!.  I had worked there for 6yrs and it was 6yrs too long! It is hard to get a day off in that place, which doesn' t make any sense. They have a multitude of shifts there so it shouldn' t be a problem getting a day off, but it is. If you work the weekends, then its even harder to get a Saturday or Sunday off. Also, that place is a production environment and its all about numbers. When I worked there, a group of people came in and they called themselves "The Better Way". They came in to help managers and supervisors with implementing a " Better Way" on  connecting with the employees. They came up with " Huddle Time". This was a time when everyone in the department along with the supervisor got together and talked about issues concerning the work. That part of the huddle I thought was good because it opened up a dialogue with the supervisor. However, the ugly part of the huddle was the supervisor had everyones numbers on a blackboard from the work they did the day before. If you made it, your number was written in green, but if you didn' t meet the goal your number was written in red. Then you had to explain why you thought  you didn' t make the goal. How ridiculous!! I personally didn' t like that because I am a very private person. So I felt embarrassed anytime my number was written in red. It amazes me how a group of people from the outside can come to a company a tell managers and superivisors how to run it.  Thats like me going to someones house and telling that person I don' t like how their furniture is set up, and then taking the liberty of changing their furniture around. The only other good thing about working there, was the fact you don' t deal with customers face to face, by phone, or email. It was strickly a " behind the scenes" type of job. The pay is low and the incentive is even worse. You don' t even see a  real change in your paycheck.
