I liked dealing with PODS until today. We called earlier in the week to schedule delivery to our new place and was told that everything was taken care of and even told us the date and time that the POD would be delivered. Never received a call so we decided to call them early that morning. Was then told they had it scheduled and would call us when they were in route. 4 hours later, no call or anything so we decided to call again only to find out that there was nothing scheduled and someone had put the delivery in for us to come unload the PODS ourselves!!! Really??? So now we are stuck at a place without any of our things because of something that an employee of POD did!! I am highly pissed!!! Had to cancel the moving company and lost funds due to the cancellation. All because of POD's mistake. Didnt even own up to their mistake. What a sorry company!

Pod quickly brought out. Air conditioned unloading area would have been nice

No surprises. Delivered as promised. The perfect choice for those caught between home closing dates. Service was excellent and professional. I would definitely  recommend and use again.

My husband and I have had a very positive experience with PODS from start to finish. We recently moved 2 pods of household goods from Phila to Houston and were very pleased with the service we received. In addition to moving our household via PODS, we also used PODS storage facilities for several months on both ends of our move. Customer service, both national and at these local facilities, was great—efficient, friendly and accommodating. The entire move went very smoothly and all of our items arrived intact. Scheduling, transporting and delivery of our pods went without a hitch and both the local storage facility in Phoenixville, PA and the one in Humble, TX made our pods accessible whenever we needed during their hours of operation. The Humble location even delivered one of our pods and picked it up again within hours of delivering it even though we had not originally scheduled same day pickup. (There is an extra fee for this service.) I would definitely use PODS again.
