This company did not pick up our POD on the scheduled date. I had to call the 877 number multiple times and still no response on the company coming to pick up our POD!!! Absolutely the worst company to work with! I suggest sticking with an actual moving company that will support you and answer the phone. Or at the least move the storage container when you have scheduled to have it moved. Not only did we give the company one shot, but we allowed them to reschedule delivery and they FAILED to pick up the POD a second time. We moved to a new location and our household was in that POD and we were waiting on it! Horrible service.

Do not use this company, or PODS entirely. Regardless of what they write to counter my review. Used PODS for a move, when I signed up they ask, 'would you like coverage on the POD'. Of course I would! Fast forward 5 months later.. PODS shows up with everything the way I loaded it, with professional movers. Except one piece of furniture, which happened to be my late father's. Called to file a complaint with them, they said I purchased insurance on the outside of the POD, not the inside??? WHAT PERSON IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY A COMPANY TO INSURE THEIR OWN PROPERTY IN THEIR POSSESSION FOR 98% OF THE TIME IN STORAGE??? Requested recorded phone call of when I signed up, and they said no dice. The calls are proprietary information. So, they are all liars and the company is garbage. Store your own stuff, do not let these people handle anything. FYI, I have been a consumer for decades and this is my first review.

We used PODS for our most recent move. The POD was delivered fine, but none of the 30 blankets we requested were included. It took 3 days for PODS to figure out that this location was in fact out of blankets, and that none would in fact be delivered. They did issue a refund for the blankets but we lost 3 packing days waiting around for communication.

PODS is refusing to pick up my empty container and trying to charge an extra month's rent. I was scheduled for pick-up on 6/8 and they never showed up. Now that want to leave it in my driveway until 6/18 because they claim to be completely booked through mid-July. They act like they are doing me a favor only leaving it there for 10 more days. Customer service refuses to let me speak to a supervisor or anybody local. And, they keep trying to get me to call back later versus handling the problem.
