Pods needs to have local phone numbers to call all phones go to Florida office why I don't know why such a large company would do this. Since Florida had a storm nobody can get through to Pods around the USA where there are no storms why should this effect people elsewhere the worst phone system they have in place that needs to be changed to local numbers around the USA to call so this does not happen again PODS change your ways asap

Excellent service on pick up and delivery

I will never move any other way. PODS was so easy. Everything was in perfect shape when we received our PODS container. It had been in storage 2 years and nothing was broken, no mold or musty smell. Definitely an excellent way to move or store personal items.

Horrible!  The monthly fee is never the same & when questioned about it you get the run around with no clear answers!  The billing Dept is rude and condescending, far from professional!  The vibe of, "we have your stuff so your screwed and at our mercy" is made clear when speaking to them!  Avoid pods!  Use pack rat, u-pack, or any competitor!  Don't make the same mistake I did!
