I had no problem with the price for just renting to move. The price compared to a uhaul truck was much cheaper and I could load it as slow as I wanted too. I throughly went through everything while boxing it up and putting it in the pod. I know 100% that there were NO MICE when I closed the door and sent it 500 miles to my new location. I had them store it in Jackson Mississippi for a few months until I was able to be setup for unloading it. When I had it delivered I was in total shock from things that was destroyed by mice!!!!! OF COURSE the insurance I PAID for wouldn’t cover the destruction THEIR MICE did to my belongings. DO NOT USE PODS STORAGE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS DESTROYED BY “THEIR MICE!!!!” I HAD SEVERAL $600 dollar DEER MOUNTS DESTROYED!!!!! Much less the nastiness of mouse poop and pee all over EVERYTHING!!!! Do not use Pods!!!!

PODS is AWESOME!  I reserved my POD online; when I spoke with a customer service rep,  I told him where I wanted the driver to sit the POD when it was delivered.  It was EXACTLY where I asked them to leave it when I arrived home that day.  They delivered it when they said they would and picked it up at the time they told me they'd be there.  I absolutely recommend PODS for your storage needs.

We recently used a POD for our move and were so pleased with the service of the drivers & the POD itself. It's way easier than renting a truck from the other guys.
