Only problem I had with the pod unit is that they offer an opportunity for you to cancel before 4 p.m. on the day that your pod is supposed to be delivered. I cancelled mine four days before it was supposed to be delivered and they told me nothing would be charged to my card and they even sent me an email saying everything was good. Then the next day they charge $502 to my credit card and it took a week and a half for them to refund it and even though they apologize for their mistakes it's just a lot of hassle.

I have used this service before and had a good experience. This time I have had an awful experience so far. Our POD got delivered this morning and the driver placed its entrance right in front of an open storm drain. When we asked him to move it to the flat ground he refused saying he couldn't put it there. Well that was the exact place it was put before when using the service previously at this same house. Called and asked them to move it. They said there would be a fee, we said fine. Then they hung up on us. Awful service. Do not use!

We've used PODS before and will use them again. Their delivery is right on target, customer service just great as they help you wade through and determine exactly what you need. Getting an extension was not even an issue. Pick up was exactly when told and we didn't have to be there. How perfect. Recommend!!!
