Jay the guy at the Gray PODS is great! Very helpful and prompt in getting back to you.The corporate office is the total opposite! So frustrating. I thought moving with PODS would be easy and simple. Not at all. Check your bank account daily bc they will charge you lots of fees. I was so hoping this would be the new way that we move. :( I will never use them again & I am so looking forward to this nightmare being over with.

When the final bills and payments were studied after the fact, Pods cost me more than what was quoted to me when I called to sign up.  Seems like every little move or something there was a charge for this or that.  Should have been one fee and stuck to it.  Didn't work that way.  Sorry,
I was not happy with that. After that we went with U-Haul.  More fair and you knew what the cost would be.

Beware! Price quote was one price and corporate charges another. You are not told there are sales tax, and insurance charges..Monthly rent quoted $150.00, with drop-off fee $75.00, and pick-up $75.00..I had this less than a month and was overcharged $108.00..Pod was great for the time we had it and served the purpose..My complaint is for not disclosing all the hidden fees. Once they have you card number they can charge whatever they want..Would not use again unless I have paid in advance. I did file a complaint with corporate.
