First off, if I could leave 0 stars I would. This company and its customer service are horrible. In the beginning there were no issues. My issues started when I needed the POD dropped off at my new home. I scheduled a day to have it dropped off after being told no one needed to be there when it was dropped. After the driver got to my home  he called me to tell me someone had to sign for it. My family and I were all at work at this time. So the POD was not dropped but I was still charged a delivery fee. I called their customer service department and was told the POD could be redelivered on that coming Saturday when someone would be home. Saturday came and we waited all day. No POD showed up. I called customer service and they told me they had no record of a Saturday delivery and that if I still wanted it delivered I would have to pay a $100+ rush delivery fee. Because I needed my things I had no choice. After getting it delivered, we emptied it right away and then it sat in front of my house for another week before being picked up. During that week I was charged another $100+ rush fee for them attempting to pick up the pod but the driver couldn't find my house. Finally after it was picked up I was charged another $50 fee. I shut off my card to prevent further charges and disputed 2 of the wrongful charges from PODS since I had only authorized half of the above charges. After trying to discuss my issues and concerns with their customer service department, I was told that if I did not pay their wrongful charges they would send me to collections. This company is horrible and a joke! All of their trucks mention free delivery but then you get charged $50 each time. STAY AWAY!!!

UPDATE:
After being to told to email the given email address for PODS social media. I did right away on Monday January 29th. I still haven’t received any reply. They make it sound like they are reasonable and want to help but then don’t follow through. 

UPDATE #2: 
Pods social media has still not contacted me about helping with the issue. This company is a joke! STAY AWAY!

Pods is a affordable way to move. Been contracting for clients who rent pods for 10 years on the east coast.  If you need smart insured careful movers to stack your pod tight give me a call. do not use pods! they have been delaying delivering our shipping container for about a month. throughout this process we keep getting told different things. bad customer service.

I have used PODS twice for cross country moves, and getting ready to book again.  Highly recommend.  So easy!
