Great for fishing trips. There is a good dock with gas available. Ice is available on site. Staff was fantastic. However; it's not great for family activities - although Pachena Bay is nearby.

Camped here for 6 days on the waterfront. Went fishing and caught a few salmon, ling & black cod. We also whale watched feeding Humpbacks at a place not far away called Pile Point. Caught some crabs & shrimp just outside of the bay. Saw black Bear & also Black Tail Deer in the Poett Nook estuary. There were tons kids when we were there, all fishing off the dock and having lots of fun. The little store has bait, ice, tackle & treats. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. The gas dock service was excellent. They also leant me a battery charger for no cost. Five stars.. Matt & Marty James o/o Supertackle
