I love this place because of the monthly car wash package. I can wash as much as I want for a set price of $35.00. Friendly and they have free vacuums that you can use with your wash. If you want to upgrade or add a specific service on some washes, you can. And, the car comes out looking great. Never any damage either. Great place !

Incredibly slow car wash. I came here to get a quick car wash, well I've been here for 30 minutes now and my car still isn't done with a $20 car wash. And the place isn't busy at all.

The staff is great. Don and ken are great mechanics. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Detailers are friendly and do great job.

Updated in response to Poinciana's response to my original review below.  First, if you dont have a $14.00 car wash, you should inform your staff.  Yes I did use  a $2.00 coupon, so I paid $12.72 with tax.  Stiil have the receipt.  Would u like me to post a copy? Clearly says Poinciana at the top.  In any case, I know where I got the car washed. Obviously, I was charged the wrong price or the fact that you asked me"if I had a coupon" leads me to believe I didnt really get the $2.00 off.  Coming out of the automatic car wash, one doesnt have much of an opportunity to inspect their car, unless you want the one coming behind you to rear-end you or pull out onto Oakland Park Blvd to inspect.  I didnt notice until I got home and wiped the car down, how disappointing the wash was.  Could I have come back?  Sure, but for the possibility of wasting more time. To me, just a lesson learned. I find your reply pathetic, that perhaps it was another car wash.  Sounds like you should pay more attention  to detail.  You charged me a price you claim you dont offer????.  My name is GERALD, not GERARD. You seem to miss detail often, including my vehicle.  

Original Post:  the $14 drive thru car wash. Extremely disappointed.   I have a sub com pact and had to wipe the dust and dirt off both bumpers and both sides below the door.  very poor quality wash for the price. and no vacuum available.  Non drive thru is much better but also higher price
