Making a 9am appointment here means nothing to these people. If your lucky, you might see your doctor an hour later. It's complete nonsense. Bernard is only interested in how many people he can get through the door and out. He charges a premium for products that do not live up to what was promised. I know a dozen people that have left here never to return because of scheduling, pricing and front office attitude. If I could find another doctor close to where I live I would go there. The whole operation needs an attitude adjustment, and realize why they are truly here.

Having moved several times in my life I've been to many practices. Pointe Med is a great practice! Yes, they are usually always busy but that's b/c Dr. Bernard is a great doctor and highly sought after. Just today they worked to get me in to be seen. I'm so thankful for a place that does care about my physical well being.

This was a terrible experience. My first appointment at this place was cancelled two hours before my visit. I had to reschedule to the closest date, two weeks afterwards. 
This time, I got there before my appointment time and waited one hour before seeing anybody. The receptionist was not friendly and told me that I was late to the appointment When I asked how long more I needed to wait (which is not true). I showed her the confirmation text that I received from them proving her wrong. She never apologized and said their system said 2:15pm instead of 2:45pm.
Anyway, once inside, I told the doctor about a recent incident which she didn't seem alarmed about and just listened as she was staring at her screen. She then asked: "so you don't need treatment for that?", and I said "well, you tell me if I do, doctor " to which she just replied " if you know the trigger and avoid it , you should be fine." She never explained the situation or why I was experiencing it, just brushed though that. I could've talked to anyone in the streets with no degree and gotten a better answer. I was very unhappy with how long I waited and how little care was shown to me.

Doesn't care about the well-being of his patients. I went in for anxiety, the first medication he put me on had me throwing up and I could barely get out of bed. Took me TWO days to get a hold of someone. You sit there and wait for hours just to see the doctor for five minutes. Dr. Bernard had an IV in his arm and several other people in the room when I saw him, very unprofessional. Not to mention the high prices for just about everything, this place is not worth your time or money.

Everything is custom formulated so insurance won't cover a dime.  Have to pay in advance for some items then make a second trip to pick it up.  The way this place is run makes it perfectly clear that they only care about the almighty dollar.
