I am giving the bank a 5 star review because I don't think the bank and the other staff should suffer from one terrible employee. I was in this branch with my nephew and I witnessed one teller being terribly rude to another customer and to the other employees there. I could not believe how rude she was being, the name next to her stand said Dani. If I were to be a customer here at this bank I would have taken  my money and deposited it into another bank.

I have a business account with Points West and I cannot say enough great things about them.  It is a rare thing to find a bank to where you have such a personal relationship with your business banker. Tom Gillespie goes above and beyond for his clients. We've used some of the big national banks in the past and trying to get anything done with them was frustrating and time consuming.
