Great place to go for something quick and healthy. The Teriyaki Salmon Bowl had more food than I expected! Everything was cooked well and the flavors were on point! Say hi to Sabrina for me if you go here, she’s the best!

This place is pretty good. It cost me 34 dollars for two people. I like the seafood that they have and the terriaki bowl was also good.

I love this place!   The toppings and fish are always fresh.  Its always clean and whenever I've seen the staff stock the make-table they do it the correct way with new containers and do not mix the old ingredients with the new ones.  I really cannot say enough about how helpful and nice the staff are!! Personally, I think this is the best poke bowl option in the valley. I just wish they had a location that was more convenient for me since I now live in Caldwell.

The best poke! We drive all the way from twin falls because we don't have good poke in our town. They are super clean and friendly. A large is about $15 and comes with a nice amount of fish. Highly recommend the salmon. If you love raw fish but don't want to spend a ton on sushi this place is for you.

Great flavors, more options than other places I’ve been. Great low carb high fat and protein options as well. If you like sushi, you’ll love poke, but you’ll love this place more. I’ve been here quite a few times and they are consistent all around.

Went on July 23, 2022 with three other people. The three of us that had raw fish all got food poisoning. The person that had the crab salad was ok. Also, they always ask for a tip verbally which is awkward. Won't be back.

We happened upon this place by chance the first time and enjoyed it so much we just had to return! The best description for the food is deconstructed sushi, but they do have a variety. We love the fresh ingredients and the menu is easy to read/follow. For first time goers, I would recommend getting a mix of food you enjoy and a few new things don't go overboard on ordering a whole rice bowl of ingredients you haven't had before.

Love all the choice I have in creating my own bowl. Atmosphere is laid back and the girls are always friendly. The miso soup was great as well.
