We had polar refrigeration install a new furnace in our home and they were fabulous! I didn't have one clue about furnaces and they were very helpful and nice, plus the prices weren't as bad as I was thinking they'd be! It's nice to actually get good service in this town.

I wish I could give negative stars. The furnace that they installed stopped working. we called one service man who worked on it trying to find the problem for almost 2 hours, then decided he should refer us to Polar since they installed it. After an hour the Polar repair man decided to install an extra trap to help with the building up of the water. Something HE said he shouldn't do.. after a little over an hour he left saying he "thinks" that would fix the problem... With a $200 price tag we still have a broken furnace. They DO NOT stand behind their products or work. Don't use them unless you want to waist away money for a maybe fix..

The three posters above me aren't wrong... I called in and the lady was about as blunt-tipped and snotty as there is.  They're not willing to work on boilers in case anyone is interested in calling for that.

I would never use this company again.  They do not know what the terms "customer service" and "fair" mean.  If you ask any questions, you will be met with hostile, rude responses and answers that are not helpful.  I was fully willing to pay for any repairs that fixed the problem, but when I called to say the problem was not fixed, they put a band aid fix on it, and sent me another bill.
