Looks better than the city of Chicago police stations. Had to go there on one occasion to make an accident report. Personnel were helpful. Norridge is a town surrounded by Chicago.

IM A DISABLE PERSON. IM A BLACK MALE. THAT WORKS FOR LYFT. AND WAS ON THE CLOCK. I BELIEVE THE POLICE OF NORRIDGE  DO NOT LIKE BLACKS. MY CAR WAS INSURANCE AND THEY STILL TOWED MY CAR FOR NO REASON  ASSHOLES . ITS INSURANCE. KRAMA WILL COME BACK FOR THE OFFICER AND THE DEPARTMENT !!!! THEY DIDNT FIND NO DRUGS, I WASNT DRUNK,  NOTHING ELSE. I DRIVE FOR LYFT CERTIFIED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO AND STATE OF IL. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. A TICKET FOR SPEEDING AND SUSPENDED LICENSE. I WAS 5 MILES OVER SPEED I HAD TO GO TO BATHROOM COMING FROM O'HARE AIRPORT. HE TOOK MY DRIVER LICENSE. HE LIED AN SAID THAT I DID 15 MILES OVER THE SPEED LIMIT IN MEDIUM TRAFFIC . HOW? MAYBE LIGHT TRAFFIC. OFFICER IS A LIAR. I WAS ON THE CLOCK DOING THE TIME. I WAS STUCK IN NORRIDGE WITH NO WAY TO GET HOME. ALL OF MY STUFF WAS IN THE CAR. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME GET MY STUFF. DO TO MUCH. DON'T HAVE ANYTHING IMPORTANT TO DO. THIS HAPPENED AUGUST 25TH 2017.

Waiting three days for a police report is absord.  The officer left, the day of the incident without finishing his paperwork, after he advised us that it would be ready in an hour. Then he doesn't come in the following day.

We were victims of an accident, car towed, and can't even get with our insurance to file a claim, or rent a car, against the other person, BECAUSE WE HAVE NO POLICE REPORT.   

Get on it Norridge,  the surrounding police departments have their reports done within 60 mins.   

It's not that difficult!

They actually TOWED MY SON'S CAR BECAUSE OF HOW IT LOOKED.  IT WAS PARKED LEGALLY WITH A STICKER ON WINDSHIELD AND NOW THEY WANT US TO PAY STORAGE AND TOWING FEES !! TALK TO MY ATTORNEY.  THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY SON'S CAR. JUST BECAUSE THE HOOD WAS DAMAGED.  TOTALLY UNFAIR.  I WILL ALSO BE ENTERING A LETTER TO THE NEWSPAPER.  I WILL DO WHATEVER TO LET THE POLICE KNOW THEY WERE WRONG !! SCREW YOU

They give my wife a ticket, inside a private property. I guest the own everything.
