Giving them 1 star is probably overrating them!!! I stay in Byram and usually go to Give Star in Clinton which is GREAT by the way! But, thus one day when I needed me nails done and didn't have time I went to this salon. I get the dip polish and they said they did that so u was excited. First issue was he pulled the acrylic off instead of letting them soak like Five Star does. Because, it's much quicker he said damaging my nails. Tgen , when he dipped my nails he only dipped 2 times. They did actually look nice when he finished, but about 2 days they began to crack and break and I have NEVER experienced that. Now here it is 5 days later and one nail has broken completely and almost all the others have cracked and I am desperately needing to get my nails done. When Five Star does them I have went almost 4 weeks and they never cracked nor broke. I will still with my usual salon for now on. Lesson learn!!! 😒

I have been coming here since I moved to Byram in 2008. It was always good til the past couple of years. I went there today and the door was open so even though I knew they were probably closed... I decided to ask anyways because they still had customers. I said hi, are y'all open...their response was what do you plan on getting done....I said fill in and eye brow....they responded well we are closed...then they laughed and giggled with other customers that where already there. I go there faithfully, almost every two weeks. I felt totally disrespected. Will not be back

This is my first time ever leaving a review on a business page but I had to take the time and do this.  I experienced thee worst customer service ever at this nail shop on yesturday. They are very rude and the attitudes are horrible. When I refer to they, meaning the owners. The rough looking man and his wife. I asked for individuals lashes. While the wife was putting on my lashes, I asked her to stop bc the glue she was using was burning. She then proceeds to tell me to wait a minute, she almost finished and that if she stopped now it would mess them up. After she finished,  they were horribly done. I told her to just take them off and I would pay for them anyway just to avoid confusion.  She goes back and forth with me telling me that they are pretty and she didn't think I should take them back. Basically she continued to go back and forth with me. She didn't remove my lashes after i paid her. Very rude and very unprofessional. I would never do business there. My daughter was with me also so to avoid her seeing her mom act up, I left.

They did not get my coffin nail shop right no matter how many times I corrected them. Nails would fall off after 2 weeks didn't like that. They didn't paint my nails correctly or smoothly. :(

The husband and wife argued in front the customers. The husband is always mad. The lady doing my feet had an attitude because she just finished arguing with her husband. The wife answered the phone on speaker phone and talked like it was nothing .  Very, very poor management  and customer service.
