I have been going to polished since before it was polished.  I have sent friends here and I was referred by a good friend.  They do beautiful work and it lasts until it is growing out too much.  They are gentle and ver friendly.

Rude and dirty- I won't be back. I called to ask if they could see me in 5 minutes so drive straight there. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked if how much longer it would be and the staff (Leslie) got confrontational and made a scene. Not exactly relaxing. Many other places to go to not be mistreated...

Very relaxing and friendly environment. Fairly priced and clean.

I make an appointment for 5:00, arrive at 5:00 and wait on their coach until they finally start at 6:00.
