Sad to say I won't be returning. I was a very regular customer a year ago, but took some time off from getting my nails done to help them grow a bit. Well my natural nails broke so I decided to return to Polished. I had an acrylic set placed and within a week I lost a nail. Not even a week and a half later and 3 more popped off. So I made an appointment to have them repaired (even left my job early) and when I got to my appointment i was told the girl left for the day. Not even  a phone call as a courtesy so I can make another appointment or find another salon. And the other girl would not accommodate me. So here i am scrambling to find a place that will take me. So disappointed.

Poor customer service. Didnt even get to have my nails done because Maria (she said thats her name and that she's the owner and manager) was so nasty from the beginning. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

I have recently been getting my gel mani and pedicure here. Jessica always accommodates me. Its very clean and she does a terrific job with the gel polish. 
I will say i always call in advance to check if there is availability.

Not great. No massage with the pedicure, only a dab of lotion. I have never had a nail tech get as much nail polish around my nail as here. She used a stick to get the polish off. 
Got a gel mani that needed two coats of clear because the first coat got paper towel or oil stuck onto it. 
Not recommended given the amount of nail salons near by.
