Today 7/21/17 I went into the store to get a hot lunch. It was just after 11 am. There was a white girl and a loud black girl talking in the office behind the register. Paying no attention to customers. I waited to get food for about 5 minutes. I went to get a drink, came back to the register to pay. An older black lady helped a man out at the deli and then started cooking. The office door was cracked open and there was nobody at the register. Apparently the white girlfriend and the loud black girl needed a smoke break at the same time. A customer walking in turned around and hollered at them that there was nobody at the register. At that point the loud black girl came inside and checked out the customers. Then when done went back outside to finish smoking. I sat in the parking lot to eat and watched the loud black girl put her cigarette out on the wall next to the front door and put the unsmoked portion of the cigarette on the window sill, so that she could smoke it later. They were smoking right outside the front doors where customers had to walk through the smoke to get inside. Very disgusting. There were flies all around the deli. Not on the food, but everywhere. The service here is horrible. They are loud and rude and their language is horrible. On several occasions I have pulled up and saw the loud black lady park her car in the handy cap spot, leave her kids in the car while she ent to hang out in the store. When the kids get bored, they go inside and run through the store and grab some snacks. Not too sure that either get paid for. They have done this for up to an hour before. What if a handicap person needed to park? How disrespectful. Makes me sick. I really hope that the owner watches the sucurity footage, because they are losing a lot of business, customers and money.

Good staff, but damn someone needs to learn how to clean and stock a bathroom​. That's why I gave it two stars.
