I ordered two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. Disgusting. The chicken was ok. The mashed potatoes were dry  and clumpy throughout, the green beans were straight from the can with not one ounce of seasoning. What a waste of money.Food: 1/5

They seem to be really short staff at this location. The last time I was here, it took almost an hour before I got my food. Today, I walked in, and there were 12 people ahead of me waiting for their orders. Once I found that out. I turned around and left and went to the Great Neck Rd location and got everything I needed. And had very little time to wait. Now the food is great at the College Park location. And the staff is trying to do their best. But expect a wait.

Wanted to try Pollards for the first time. I ordered online. Vegetable plate, a corn muffin and a slice of pie. Not even any meat. It said it would be ready at 5:36 and that it accepted my order and I paid online. I got to the restaurant 45 minutes later and they had not even started my order. Unreal, very disappointed and doubt I will return.

I am so tired of getting terrible service at this location. Every time we place a pick up order it is NEVER ready when we show up, even if we order hours or days in advance. The last time we ordered they shorted us two sides. I tried calling but phone rang busy for over 15 minutes. My husband went back to get the food and was treated like a cheat/liar which is always nice when it was their mistake to begin with. My husband noted that the phone had been taken off the hook behind the counter, hence the busy signal. My kids request Pollard's for their birthdays but we will probably go elsewhere from now on. We pretty much know now it will be bad experience.

Well now I have been waiting a long time to have the infamous Pollard’s chicken. Omg, I was so disappointed with the food. There was a wait and it’s miss leading because the food was terrible. My chicken smelled, the fries unseasoned, and the worse part my peach cobbler was disgusting. The cobbler was frozen and you desirable. I pride myself in eating decent food and again was very unhappy.  The reason why I gave 2 stars is because despite the terrible food, the service was decent. The server was trying to be accommodating because it was my first time. So, keep the service and change the food.  Thank you, Ms. 757 Food Critic

Never has the liver and onions for one reason or another. Todays reason:  They were out of rice.  How do you run out of rice? Its a staple strach. Why doesnt someone go get some? Food Lion is right next door. Third day in a row no liver n onions, with three different reasons. Im not going to bother even topping here anymore.  WARNING!!! This location is lacking...

I only order the Gizzard snack or dinner. I specifically ask for light breading/fry. The cooking and preparation is INCONSISTENT! One visit it could be good and the next . And they are starting to give you less and less. When you ask for extra hot sauce or something... it seems like it's a bother and they still try to skimp.

My experience was not good at all. Picked up the food and they forgot my chicken,  went back in to get it. Got home,  the chicken taste old and greasy.  My mother was vomiting all night,  my daughter had a headache and my stomach was turning.  I just came off from fasting and to taste this was not worth it. I deserve a refund!!! This meal was about $70. I was very disappointed and my family got sick.

I ordered over 40 dollars in food just to find an earring back in my Mac and cheese. The green beans were not seasoned either. Very disappointedFood: 2/5

Ordered the 2pc chicken dinner dark meat with collard greens and cinnamon apples. Monica took my order and brought my order to my table. The collard greens were absolutely delicious I added vinegar & very tender and flavorful. The chicken was crispy & moist yummy yum yum finger licking good! The cinnamon apples were good. I like Pollard's Chicken and so glad they are in a convenient location.
