Food and service is always great in this location 1960. The chicken is very crispy and tender. I definitely recommend everyone to come and enjoy some great pollo campero .Food: 5/5

Food was delicious. Service was...awkward. I guess they assumed we don't speak Spanish because once we walked up, the Spanish speaking cashier didn't even greet us, just called someone else to the register who spoke very little English. She seemed nervous, but polite. We felt like an inconvenience to the staff.  Dining room was nice, restrooms were disgusting.

Seriously disappointed... Nothing like the original restaurants in Guatemala. Food was not the same and wasg mediocre at best! Lady working counter was rude. I'll stick to eating at the restaurants in Guatemala City, but no more Texas Polo Campero for me. Feel like I wasted my money!

The food is delicious. I recommend the yucca fries and the plantains. Both grilled and fried chicken are flavourful and savoury. Location was good, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The washrooms need some serious attention.Recommended dishesSweet Plantains

Now I've been here when I first visited Texas It was great my first time. A couple years go by. I saw it and immediately stopped to get it. They have fried chicken and grilled chicken. I went they didn't have grill I said okay. I went 1 week after no grill chicken again. I said okay I might be coming too late. I went today and the guy had ask if I want grill I said yes got home and it was fried chicken. The plantains were dry. Chicken fried and I'm not going here again. I don't want no refund or food but at least be mindful of what you serve and how your employee acts. I didn't include his behavior because it's a food review. Why give me a big oddly looking box. For small three pieces of chicken. This is sad and a disappointment.

Best fried chicken ..a little pricey for fast food but worth it. We ordered the 8 piece meal with coleslaw, plantain, and yuca fries. And a 6 piece nuggets. Total was 38$Food: 5/5

I LOVE both their fried & grilled chicken. The flavor is so good & rich. Staff is always very nice. Don't forget the yucca fries & plantains...they both are my favs

Ok, I wanted to give a try to Pollo Campero again, and We went today to buy a combo half and half. The grill portion was just two wings one tiny chicken thigh, and another medium piece. I should have four pieces and three of them did not make the value of one. This is ridiculous. Your owner will lose money if they keep selling chicken in that way to stealing money from people who work hard to earn it.  My family and I love the food taste at Pollo Campero. But, the last experience was terrible. The size of the chicken’s pieces is disrespectful.  They basically steal your money with tiny pieces of chicken and no answer for this. Management does not have a coherent answer or solution for this ugly situation. Really  unprofessional
